With a relentless passion for tackling challenges and scaling businesses, he offers a holistic perspective on talent acquisition, harmonising both human and business aspects. Launching Chapter 2 seemed like a natural progression after his position as Global Chief Operating Officer at OLIVER, designing and scaling teams for brands such as Unilever, KPMG and Starbucks.
Steven Bartlett is an Entrepreneur, speaker, investor, author, Dragon on Dragon’s Den and the host of Europe's leading podcast 'The Diary of a CEO'. With notable investments including Huel - UK's fastest growing e-commerce company internationally, and Zoe - the personalised nutrition programme created by the world's top scientists. Previous investments include The Healing Company, atai Life Sciences, Alto Neuroscience and AbCellera. Steven co-founded Flight Group - a media, marketing and investment company consisting of Flight Fund, Flight Ventures, Flight Story, Flight Studio, Flight Talent and Flight Tech.
Corey is the current Vice President of Talent at NASDAQ listed tech company Bumble. Having held previous leadership roles around the world at the likes of WPP & Wayfair he’s built strategies that have scaled and developed organisations in some of the most challenging, fast paced & hyper growth environments, globally.
With extensive experience in the financial and professional services sectors, Mel is best suited to advising founders, executives and boards on strategic people matters. Her focus is on M&A, talent management, and technology integration. Having led International People teams, Mel is known for her innovative thinking and ability to build high-performing teams.
Soeren has been a Board Advisor to Chapter 2 since 2023 and supports the German and wider continental European business. During his extensive career, he has led Talent Acquisition Teams and organizations in Executive Search, RPO, consulting, eCommerce, and blockchain technology, delivering thousands of hires per year.
With extensive experience in both HR and recruitment, Radboud started his career back in the mid-90s. Since then, he’s owned his own agency, worked on big-name brands including eBay and Zalando, and handled global accounts. He specialises in leading Talent Acquisition teams & employer branding.
With a wealth of experience in personnel management, Narishma is focused on HR, people and culture at Chapter 2. She works closely with our Founder Leo to ensure that employees feel supported and valued. During her time with the company, she’s set up highly beneficial employee resource groups including Women at C2.
As Head of Talent at Collinson, Kelli runs a team of 15 while overseeing the development of Chapter 2 within the company. She leads her team in forming successful recruitment strategies and maintaining high engagement with clients to perfect the candidate experience.
Brad is the Managing Partner for EMEA at Chapter 2, overseeing all customers and new business opportunities from the Berlin office. He has led implementations for Zalando, Wayfair, and other enterprise-sized companies. Brad previously worked at LinkedIn, collaborating with their vast portfolio of Talent customers on the Business Leadership programme.
With a background in scalable contingent workforce solutions and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, Gareth brings a wealth of experience to his role as Head of Product at Chapter 2. He is instrumental in defining and delivering the strategy for The Book, our innovative platform aimed at fostering engaged, on-demand communities of talent.
With more than 15 years of experience working in start-ups and creative agencies, Edita is a versatile accounting and finance leader who excels in delivering actionable insights for informed decision-making in scale-up environments. Her expertise lies in preparing and analysing financial reports and facilitating comprehensive financial reporting.
With more than 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Toby has delivered projects internationally, across multiple disciplines. As Operations Director at Chapter 2, Toby ensures our clients have access to the right people and technology to deliver exceptional results every time.
With 17 years of experience building innovative solutions for clients, Sophie leads the Sales function of Chapter 2. Her main focus is winning new clients whilst growing and enhancing the company’s presence, however, in her spare time, she also organises world-class events for Chapter 2.
With more than 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources across Europe and LATAM, Jess has a proven track record of building scalable teams and conducting global executive search projects. She currently leads the EU Talent team at Chapter 2, fostering a culture of continuous growth and high performance.
